- Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (In office Monday and 1st Friday of every month). Open to candidates outside Toronto who would work remotely, but GTA residents are required to come into the office.

Responsibilities:
- Design, Configure and Optimize: Collaborate with HR, business functions, subject matter experts, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize Workday Data Quality Reporting. This includes designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining reports in Workday. Identify opportunities to enhance Data Quality Reporting using Workday's built-in functionalities.
- Consultation and Advice: Use your deep understanding of Workday functionality to build reports aligned with Data Quality Dimensions such as Accuracy, Completeness, Validity, Consistency, Currency, Integrity, Timeliness, and Uniqueness. Support leaders and partners in assessing options and change impacts related to Data Governance.
- Change Management: Support change management and process improvement initiatives to empower HR and Data Governance functions in Workday Data Governance.
- Relationship Building and Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to provide consultative advice. Lead or participate in project teams, proactively communicate with stakeholders, and foster alignment on strategies and plans.
Must-haves:
- 4+ years of Workday Reporting experience and knowledge of HR functions
- Completion of a 6-day Workday Intro course for reporting (unless extensive Workday experience)
- Extensive Workday Reporting skills, including development of Matrix Reporting, creation of custom calculated fields, worksheets, dashboards, and discovery boards
- Proficiency in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF statements, PivotTables, Charts, and Trendlines
