- Analyze data using Qualtrics XM Discover and dashboard tools
- Deliver actionable insights to improve client experiences and operations
- Integrate data with systems via SFTP and REST APIs
- Utilize tools like StatsIQ, TextIQ, Excel, PowerPoint for analysis
- Train and support client teams on XM platforms
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
- Design dashboards/reports for client experience programs
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR
- 5+ years in consulting, data analysis, or related roles
- Bachelor’s in Business, Data Science, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with Qualtrics XM Discover or similar platforms preferred
- Familiarity with call center operations is an asset
- Skilled in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides
- DAX and JSON knowledge is an asset
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
- Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven
