Job Responsibilities
- Work with SDPR project teams and service delivery personnel to confirm and document current state workflows, identify bottlenecks, and explore opportunities for streamlining using digital tools and automation.
- Define appropriate and achievable recommendations for SDPR to improve workload management, including establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), quantifying expected outcomes such as time savings, and outlining how these outcomes will be measured.
- Provide general public sector business consultation services, including workload modeling of Service Delivery Division service lines.
Minimum Experience and Skills
- Over 5 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in business initiatives to design and align new business systems with existing processes, including creating and following change management plans to transition from current ('as is') to future ('to be') states.
- Over 5 years of experience applying Project Management, Business Process Analysis, and Change Management techniques to ensure high-quality delivery of business products.
- Over 7 years of experience managing effective communication with project stakeholders across various levels and diverse work units.
- Over 10 years of experience working with a wide range of technical and business stakeholders to understand needs, document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend efficiency improvements in workload management.
- Over 10 years of experience developing, implementing, and measuring KPIs, and quantifying expected outcomes.
