We are seeking a dynamic individual to represent BCX during the bid assessment and contract renewal process. Your role will be pivotal in increasing new business and securing contracts with existing clients. By utilizing your expertise and insights, you will play a key role in the success of our organization. Success in this role will not only benefit the company but also provide you with opportunities for professional growth and recognition.
What you’ll do
Your understanding of customer expectations and your ability to exceed them will be crucial in creating remarkable experiences for our clients. In this role, your skills and insights will be instrumental in shaping our operational framework and identifying potential risks associated with proposed solutions. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that our groups in Solution Delivery, Service Excellence, Field and Partner Services and Customer Excellence in BCX align seamlessly with our clients' needs and expectations.
