Internally the title for this position is Account Executive.

Position Summary:

This role will serve as a liaison between 407 ETR and business clients to manage and improve business relationships through delivering world-class customer service and taking initiatives to proactively respond and resolve customer inquiries within an industry-based team setting. The primary goal is to support high-revenue business clients by building strategies to overcome account challenges, communicating with clients for a better understanding of their business, and developing strong industry expertise.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver world-class customer service to our valued business customers by providing support via email communication and by phone in a prompt and professional manner.
  2. Enhance business customers' awareness and understanding of 407 ETR's dedicated services and self-serve options.
  3. Support high-revenue business customers, based on industry, in a team setting through developing a good understanding of their business via trip patterns and trends, preparing customer presentations and scheduling meetings.
  4. Acquire new customers and conduct diagnostics and monitor accounts for opportunities, providing reports and resolving account/service issues as assigned.
  5. Initiate and lead face-to-face or virtual customer meetings (both on and off site) to enhance customer experience, build rapport and provide education and guidance in account management.
  6. Responsible for developing solutions to achieve optimal results and contribute towards operational savings.
  7. Determine priorities and demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills while still being accessible to customers by performing the day-to-day operations.
  8. Adhere to a 24-hour service level agreement (response time) and auditing policies and procedures.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Effective written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to respond tactfully to customer inquiries.
  2. 3+ years of experience in managing business customer relationships.
  3. Experience in managing medium to large business customer relationships.
  4. Good analytical skills and experience in understanding business customer's requirements to resolve accounts and issues.
  5. Ability to develop strong industry expertise with good presentation skills to convey the data gathered.
  6. Ability to take initiative and work well in a team setting to provide stellar customer service and experience.
  7. Excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to set and meet goals and objectives.
  8. Flexible and adaptable in meeting both the customers’ and business needs.
  9. A good working knowledge of 407 ETR systems and processes is an asset.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Salesforce.
  11. Post-secondary education in business/marketing/communications is preferred.
