We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a Business Center Practice Leader (BCPL) within our Energy & Resources group in the Canada East Region (Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic Canada).
As a “seller/doer,” the BCPL plays a key role in driving business growth. Working closely with Regional Sector Leaders (RSLs) and Account Managers (AMs), the BCPL is responsible for leading top-line performance in the Business Center (BC). This role supports Stantec’s market position by delivering innovative, high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
Reporting to the Regional Business Leader (RBL), and partnering with the Business Center Operations Leader (BCOL), the BCPL helps reinforce the Stantec brand while enabling our clients, colleagues, and communities to thrive.

Stantec operates a hybrid work model, with flexibility to work from the office, field, and home. As a business leader, you are expected to spend the majority of your time in a Stantec office.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
