In this individual contributor role, you will report to the Business Capability Owner (BCO) for Master Data, acting as a domain expert in business processes, systems, and data. You will drive continuous improvement via Lean/DMAIC methodologies, support strategic decision-making, lead improvement events, and generate global business process documentation. Partnering with key stakeholders, you will implement solutions that enhance performance across functions and processes, applying Lean methods and embodying Pharma Technical (PT) behaviours consistently.

The Opportunity:

• You will support delivery of continuous improvement initiatives in Master Data Management by partnering with functional representatives and reporting status to stakeholders.

• You will contribute to options analysis and design solutions to resolve master data performance indicators and data concerns.

• You will provide troubleshooting support, training for end users, submit remediation requests, and escalate issues to the BCO.

• You will continuously optimize and stabilize performance.

• You will assist the BCO in authoring documentation for processes, systems, data, and analytics, including process flows and business rules.

• You will act as a data steward for KPIs/PHIs and analytics for core processes.

• You will collaborate with analysts, system owners, IT, and functional organizations, fostering teamwork, strong communication, and an attitude of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Who you are

• You will have a degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst, and experience in SAP S/4 Hana and SAP MDG.

• You will have 5-7 years of experience in master data management, data stewardship, and/or data governance, with programming and project management experience preferred.

• You will understand SAP ERP and S/4 Hana master data systems, including fields, tables, and transaction types using master data.

• You will possess strong technical skills for designing, implementing, and sustaining IT systems, and the ability to collaborate across organizations and cultures.

• You will apply quantitative and qualitative approaches to business problems, demonstrate attention to detail, and have strong data lifecycle management and project management skills.
