- This is a temporary 40% Job Share Associate position.
- Days to be worked on a three-week rotation will be: week one – Thursday, Friday; week two – Thursday, Friday; week three - Wednesday, Thursday.

JOB SUMMARY:
The employee in this classification is responsible for performing general clerical support duties including the preparation of correspondence, reports, statements, and other material. This position is also responsible for operating office equipment, answering telephones, verifying records, processing forms and documents such as contracts and requisitions, and performing general clerical duties according to established procedures.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Prepare and summarize correspondence, reports, statements, forms, presentations, applications, and other documents.
- Respond to telephone, in person, or electronic inquiries and forward to appropriate personnel as required.
- Provide general information to staff, clients, and the public regarding company, departmental, or program rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
- Sort and file documents according to established filing systems, locate and retrieve documents from files as requested, and maintain records of filed and removed materials.
- Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
- Send and receive messages and documents using fax machine or electronic mail.
- Assist with administrative procedures such as budget submissions, contract administration, work schedules, and/or assembling of statistics, graphs, and tables.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, order supplies, and arrange for servicing of office equipment as required.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as preparing invoices, simple costing, vouchers, reconciliations, and other related files and records.
- Sort, process, and verify receipts, expenditures, forms, records, and other documents.
- May organize the flow of work for other office support workers.
- Participate in continuous educational and professional development as required.
- Other related and assigned duties.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, Certificate, or Program in a related field, or equivalent AND/OR;
- Two (2) years of administrative or clerical office experience, or equivalent.
- Aptitude for accuracy and detail.
- Ability to implement and make sound decisions.
- Ability to use standard corporate software applications.
- Ability to provide extraordinary customer service for all internal and external customers.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position as required.
