Notes:
- Candidate is required to come to office - 3 days a week

Must Haves:
- Successfully completed business architectures in public sector settings or similar complex, multi-project/multi-client organizations;
- 10+ years of experience with different Enterprise architecture frameworks, preferably Zachman, with larger scale complex architecture systems;
- Extensive experience in Business and Information Architecture;
- Experience in implementing multiple large-scale and complex projects, Business capabilities mapping, updating Business services, business processes, Business network model, Business Functional model, process flows, scenarios, and workflows;
- Complex data modelling expertise, including producing Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data models using Power Designer, compliant with the Information Modelling Handbook (IMH) and industry standards.
Nice to Have:
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Solutions business architecture experience
Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes government information relevant to business architecture, consults with appropriate government contacts on specific elements, and conducts focus group workshops. Develops and maintains business capabilities.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Architecture Expertise & Experience - 70%
- 10+ years of experience with different Enterprise architecture frameworks, preferably Zachman, with larger scale complex systems;
- Extensive experience in Business and Information Architecture;
- Experience in implementing large-scale, complex projects, business capabilities mapping, updating business services, processes, network models, functional models, process flows, scenarios, and workflows;
- Successful completion of business architectures in government or similar complex multi-project organizations;
- Good understanding of diverse business environments, especially government, and their drivers;
- Proven experience in producing strategic enterprise business blueprints and roadmaps;
- Complex data modelling expertise, including producing Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data models using Power Designer, compliant with IMH and industry standards;
- EMR Solutions business architecture experience.
Architecture Skills & Capabilities - 30%
- Proven experience in conducting Business architecture assessments, ensuring compliance with OPS standards and guidelines;
- Knowledge of various architecture frameworks such as Zachman, principles, guidelines, and standards;
- Extensive experience in systems analysis, integration, and implementation in large systems environments;
- Awareness of emerging technologies, trends, and directions;
- Excellent management, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- Demonstrated commitment and ability in stakeholder management.
