On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Business Analyst – Workload Analysis Project (x2) to join our Client's team on a Contract basis. This role is Remote,and the Client is based in Victoria, BC.
Summary of the Role
Ignite Technical Resources is seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a Workload Analysis Project aimed at improving service delivery for vulnerable populations in British Columbia. The project involves identifying inefficiencies, recommending automation opportunities, and supporting the transition to an omnichannel service model to reduce staff workloads.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in business transformation initiatives.
- Align business systems with optimized business processes.
- Document existing workflows and pinpoint operational bottlenecks.
- Recommend strategies to streamline workload management.
- Contribute to the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify achievable improvements.
Core Requirements:
- Proven experience in business process analysis and project management.
- Background in change management with successful project delivery.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through business transformation.
- Demonstrated skill in stakeholder engagement and management.
- Experience measuring KPIs and quantifying project outcomes.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in public sector environments.
- Familiarity with workload analysis and performance improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to service delivery optimization projects.
- Experience with omnichannel or digital transformation strategies.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Terms
This is a 12-month contract position with a 7-hour workday schedule. The role is fully remote, with no onsite requirements. A reference check will be required at the offer stage.
