We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in supporting the Transformation Management Office (TMO) with the delivery of impactful change initiatives. What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and success metrics.

  • Ensure the project team remains focused on solving the core business problem.

  • Lead the development of business workflows, including AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping.

  • Document clear and actionable business requirements and acceptance criteria.

  • Create and continuously optimize sprint plans to ensure timely delivery.

  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and project updates across all organizational levels.

  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.

  • Identify project risks and roadblocks, and propose effective mitigation strategies.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in project execution and business processes.

What you’ll bring:

  • University degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.

  • CIP certification or equivalent insurance knowledge.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

  • Experience working on digital transformation or implementation projects.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as GenAI, automation, and data-driven solutions.

  • Strong presentation and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
