This position is a senior-level role working with one or more Business Units to support multiple complex projects aimed at delivering IT solutions and services that meet company cost, quality, and strategic targets. The role primarily involves gathering and analyzing work group data, defining current processes and requirements, collaborating with external customers and vendors, and defining functional specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT business analyst/consultant experience
• BS/BA degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience

Technical Skills

• Broad understanding of software development methodologies, platforms, tools, and languages
• Experience with recognized development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, and KANBAN
• Experience with B2B System Integrations among ERP and WMS applications
• Experience with order-to-cash and Warehouse Management transaction flows
• Proficiency with XML (including namespaces), JSON, IDOC formats
• Familiarity with EDI X12 standards
• Understanding of communication protocols like AS2, HTTPS, JMS, SFTP
• Moderate facilitation skills for workshops
• Strong communication skills for effective internal and external organization communication
• Excellent written communication skills for process documentation and specifications
• Troubleshooting customer issues, mid-level data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams
• Ability to perform integration testing, lead UAT, and serve as primary contact during hyper-care
