About the Company

Our client is a very successful company headquartered in Mississauga looking to hire a Lead Business Analyst for a full time hybrid position.

About the Opportunity

• We are seeking a Team Lead – Business Analyst to join the team in Mississauga.
• This hybrid role requires 2–3 days onsite per week
• The successful candidate will manage a team of 5–6 Business Analysts who are responsible for gathering requirements and testing changes for applications and business processes across the organization.
• This position will be approximately 50% leadership and 50% hands-on business analysis.
• The environment includes Oracle Financials, UKG HR, and a proprietary ERP system, so prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industries is essential.

About You

• Proven team leadership experience (non-HR)
• Strong background as an Applications Business Analyst (requirements, documentation, UAT, process changes)
• Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to work onsite in Mississauga 2–3 days per week

Bonus Items

• SQL and Oracle experience

Salary Range

$110,000/year plus bonus
