Your Opportunity at ARC'TERYX:
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the conduit between Technology, cross-functional Business teams, and 3rd party system vendors to deliver best-in-class solutions for our Supply Chain Traceability and Transparency programs. You will lead our team in defining requirements to support new system implementation projects by eliciting and analyzing requirements, liaising between business and technical resources, and documenting business processes and/or systems and their integrations.
You are a critical thinker who enjoys diving into the details and seeks to understand the "how" and "why". You are able to work in a changing and evolving environment with a bias towards action to drive projects forward.
Meet your future team:
The Merchandising and Product Technology team is responsible for the enterprise-wide technology solutions that support our business partners in Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Supply Chain (including Sourcing, Compliance, and Sustainability). You will join a small but impactful squad, dedicated to exploring and implementing new solutions that directly support Arc'teryx's circularity and sustainability strategy. Our team collaborates closely with Sourcing, Compliance, and Sustainability teams, serving as their primary technology partner.

Salary: CAD$82,000 - CAD$112,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$82,000 - CAD$112,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience.
