The Role

We’re seeking a Business Analyst Specialist to analyze and support business processes, as well as define requirements that guide development streams within the Credit360 application. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, planning and delivering innovative solutions that propel the bank forward.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders for ongoing application support, develop ad hoc queries to meet business requirements, and solve complex problems.
2. Coordinate monthly release schedules with business users, developers, and quality assurance analysts to facilitate the delivery of bug fixes, business improvements, and new features.
3. Maintain and develop data sets feeding into business intelligence tools to support reporting and regulatory compliance.
4. Oversee the design and implementation of software features, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory needs.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Experience with data analysis, relational databases, Business Objects, and SQL queries is advantageous.
2. Ability to clearly define user requirements and processes to resolve business problems, including participation in rapid prototyping and documentation.
3. Experience with system implementation, testing, user procedures, workflows, and post-implementation support.
4. Knowledge of Capital Markets and financial instruments, including market conventions.
5. Understanding of the bank’s credit adjudication and funding processes is preferred.
6. Ability to adapt quickly to change and analyze complex business requirements.
7. Knowledge of current IT practices, Agile development, and real-time analytical tools.
8. Creative, reliable, self-motivated, results-oriented, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
