Job summary

IntelliBee in Pontiac, MI is seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years experience to support Infrastructure Services projects across Networking, Server, and O365 teams. You will own analysis, write technical requirements, and help design solutions through ServiceNow integrations (Asset/Inventory/CMDB/Webex).

The role requires strong data analytics, proficiency with the M365 Productivity Suite, and the ability to draft contracts and RFP scopes.

Business Analyst

Experience: 5+ years

Description: Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications. BSA duties will also include data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex)
• MUST HAVE strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
• MUST HAVE data analytics experience
• Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus
