On behalf of our FI client, we are seeking talented Business Analysts who are :

1. Data oriented / savvy : able to do data lineage and validate data outputs

2. Knowledgeable in the security trading and financing world with expertise in one of : Settlement, Corporate actions, or Taxes

3. Have experience With systems such as ISM / OSS / Kyndryl or XSP

4. Experienced In security borrowing and lending activities

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable with rules, who likes digging, with a high level of attention to details and rigor in their work method.

Skills and responsibilities :

• Be able to work with all systems delivery framework including agile, hybrid and waterfall
• Work with product owners to capture business requirements and document them using standard documentation templates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future state
• Conduct detailed business process analysis and develop comprehensive process flow diagrams, user stories, functional specification documents, and use cases to facilitate system design and development
• Obtain key inputs from subject matter experts (SMEs), architects, dependent teams and identify solution interdependencies. Accordingly, conduct system mapping and data mapping
• Develop detailed user stories, story mapping, stakeholder analysis and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owner
• Clearly articulate and document business requirements to enable development and QA teams to deliver the required business & tech functions
• Act as a liaison between business user and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications
• Create and maintain documentation regarding all aspects of the product, including product operations, compliance, product launch processes, and system functionality
• Participate in design review and walk-through
• Support testing teams / activities : test plan / case consultation and manage defect triage with appropriate application teams
• Provide support during system implementation, including user training and post-implementation activities
• Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies
