We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 7+ years of relevant experience, including expertise in the Securities and Payment domains, to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will excel in Agile methodologies and business analysis, contributing to strategic planning and execution. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions that align with company goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• 7+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience
• Advanced to Expert knowledge of system analysis and processes
• Experience in the Financial industry, specifically Business Banking, Securities, and Payment domains
• Strong communication, facilitation, and elicitation skills
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or Scaled Agile), using tools like Jira and Confluence

Working arrangements:

This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring 2 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON, Canada. We support a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing programs.
