The Business Analyst Manager leads the data intake, transformation, and insight development process for cloud migration assessments,supporting enterprise clients evaluating Microsoft Azure. This senior-level role oversees the integrity and qualityof discoverydata, manages client data validation activities, and drives the evolution ofPowerBIvisualizations to support strategic decision-making. The Business Analyst Manager is also accountable for staying current on the latest Azure Migrate discovery capabilities and applying Generative AI concepts to enhance data evaluation efficiency. This rolepartnerswithclients and technical teams toidentifykey insights and deliver high-quality executive-ready outputs that inform migration, modernization, and cloud financial strategies. - Proven experience managing technical data intake and reporting processes for large-scale IT infrastructure or cloud projects.
- Expertise with Azure Migrate, MAP Toolkit, RVTools, or similar discovery and assessment tools.
- Experience in designing and managing PowerBI dashboards and executive-level visualizations.
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and demonstrated ability to apply AI or automation to accelerate data evaluation.
- Experience with Power Query and DAX in PowerBI
- Organizational skills with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and version control.
- Excellent communication skills with experience leading client workshops and presenting technical findings to executive audiences.

- Lead the transformation of discovery data (Azure Migrate, MAP Toolkit, RVTools) into structured Inventory worksheets for analysis and reporting.
- Oversee client data validation workshops to ensure data gaps are resolved and technical insights are captured.
- Drive the development and refinement of PowerBI dashboards to visualize technical and financial findings for both executive and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to identify key infrastructure insights that support migration strategies, workload rationalization, and TCO analysis.
- Stay current with the latest Azure Migrate discovery capabilities and apply them to improve assessments and reporting.
- Utilize generative AI and automation techniques to enhance data evaluation and reporting efficiency.
- Work alongside Infrastructure Architects and Application Modernization teams to develop Azure-native service mappings, migration recommendations, and cost models for Azure IaaS and Azure VMware Solution (AVS).
