En tant que membre de l'équipe centrale d'apprentissage organisationnel, vous êtes un analyste d'affaires dynamique et expérimenté, responsable de la gestion de projets, du développement de processus, et de la livraison réussie de solutions commerciales. Ce rôle exige des compétences analytiques, une expertise en gestion de projet, et la capacité à améliorer les processus.

Vous dirigerez des projets en partenariat avec nos équipes internationales (Canada, États-Unis, Mexique) et des experts en la matière de différentes fonctions pour analyser, améliorer, documenter, et mettre en œuvre des processus de gestion des compétences. Vous serez également responsable de la gestion de projets liés à des sujets d'apprentissage ayant un impact global sur l'organisation.

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver business solutions on time and within budget.
  • Analyze current business processes and develop new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop mechanisms to evaluate process adherence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Design and propose solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project performance and report on progress, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Facilitate change management processes for smooth implementation of new solutions.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

How to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Expertise in Kaizen methodology to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (French and/or Spanish are assets).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS O365).
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities; creativity in ambiguous situations.
  • High attention to detail for accuracy and quality.
  • Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industries, including manufacturing processes, adult learning theories, and regulatory requirements.
