The opportunity

dcbel seeks to hire a Business Analyst - Procurement and Supply Chain (SCM) to join our Information Services team. Reporting to the CIO, this role is pivotal in supporting the team by being the main contact point between IS and key stakeholders, representing the interface for solutions and services.

Main responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between IS and business stakeholders, representing IS solutions and services.
  • Develop an end-to-end understanding of business processes and information solutions demand, applying system thinking.
  • Translate IS needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring completeness and alignment with dcbel strategy.
  • Support the development, validation, and evaluation of IS architecture against requirements.
  • Initiate projects with effort estimation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive the definition and implementation of end-to-end solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Support business case development for new solutions and services.
  • Assist in end-user adoption, training, and business process support.
  • Facilitate company and department procedures.

Key requirements

  • University degree in management procurement, supply chain, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement / supply chain solutions, including architecture, applications, or IT consulting.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central, AI Simulation, and Digital Twin technologies.
  • Market trend analysis and solution assessment skills.
  • Professional certifications in business process analysis or related fields are advantageous.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
