Business Analyst - Prosci and PMP

Job Description: Our client is looking for a Business Analyst (Prosci) to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills:

• Valid PROSCI Organizational Change Management certification. A copy of the certification shall be provided with the response.
• Degree in business or public administration. A copy of the degree shall be provided with the response.
• 10 years’ experience performing business and systems analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Duties should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
• 10 years’ experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills:

• 5 years’ experience implementing or upgrading the Allscripts or Altera suite of products in clinical environments. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 3 years’ experience implementing Computerized Provider Order Entry solutions in a healthcare environment. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.

Proven Experience In: The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Industry experience required: Consulting
