Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position):

$103,331 - $139,803

Portfolio management, analytical thinking and advanced facilitation expertise needed.

Join us as a mentor and subject matter expert in portfolio management working within the most complex and integrated business environments. You’ll provide performance insights from data, sharing your big-picture analyses from both internal and external perspectives.


What You’ll Do
  • Provide business intelligence analysis to senior leaders, synthesizing complex data from multiple business units.
  • Leverage FCC’s financial, performance and capacity data to create insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the analysis of FCC’s strategic portfolio and provide insights on risk, financial and capital management, economics, FCC Vision and more.
  • Lead technical training and provide expertise to team members and other internal partners.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to update existing analysis, identify and refine requirements for data, and report data and insights in an understandable format.

What You’ll Need
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, engineering or technology and at least six years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Expertise in portfolio management and business case development.
  • An advanced knowledge of organizational change methodology and strategic planning processes, including developing measures and targets.
  • A certificate in change management or project delivery is an asset.
