Business Analyst - PMP and Prince2

Job Description: Our client is looking for a Business Analyst (PMP and Prince2) to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills:

• Valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
• 10 years’ experience conducting research, analysis, costing, forecasting and modeling to support management decision-making, and performing business analysis including trend analysis, forecasting and compensation models.
• 5 years’ experience with complex business policy and program analyses requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis, costing, forecasting and modelling.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills:

• 5 years’ experience implementing change in a healthcare environment. Experience should include analysis/assessments of healthcare service delivery activities and assisting the business through change and transformation.
• 3 years’ experience implementing EHR solutions – with a focus on Patient Registration & Clinical Documentation. Experience should include analysis of workflows to align with provincial healthcare standards and assisting with system configuration to support clinical workflows, training, and compliance.

Proven Experience In: The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Industry experience required: Consulting
