We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 10 to 12 years of expertise - Experience in Securities/Payment Domain - to join our team in a hybrid work model. Experience in Securities Domain and in Payment Domain preferred. The ideal candidate will excel in Agile methodologies and business analysis contributing to strategic planning and execution. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions that align with company goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• 7 plus years of relevant BA experience

• Advanced to Expert knowledge of system analysis and processes

• Experience in the Financial industry Business Banking preferred

• Experience in Securities Domain and in Payment Domain preferred

• Additional experiences that would be beneficial-

• Ideation or analysis to help define high level approach

• Strong communication skills

• Strong facilitation and elicitation skills

• Experience working in Agile - Scrum or SAFE or Scaled Agile methodology Jira Confluence tools
