Responsibilities

• Understand interactions among financial institution systems and with SWIFT.
• Work on transaction monitoring and compliance requirements.
• Analyze data manipulation and relational data models.

Skills

Understanding of payments processing lifecycle

Knowledge of high-value wire payments

Knowledge of ACH

Experience in KYC and anti-money laundering

Knowledge of relational data models

SQL data manipulation

Iris's direct client, a highly diversified financial services provider based in Canada, is looking to hire a BSA – Payments for a Long Term Contract opportunity.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto – 3 days in office

Job Description/Skills Required:

• Understanding of the payments processing lifecycle and interactions among systems within a financial institution and with the SWIFT network.
• Strong knowledge of high-value wire payments and the LVTS/Lynx platforms.
• Strong Knowledge of ACH
• Experience working in one or more of these functional areas: payments processing and operations (institutional transactions or credit card transactions), KYC, anti-money laundering (transaction monitoring, compliance requirements), and back-office operations.
• Strong knowledge of relational data models and data manipulation using SQL.
