Job summary

Enterprise Solutions Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst focused on Capital Markets to elicit requirements, drive regulatory reporting initiatives, and steer data governance efforts. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, map data flows, and ensure remediation projects align with Consent Orders and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a background in Banking/FS, strong SQL skills, and experience with data migration, mapping, and reconciliation across legacy and target systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and analyze business processes.
• Lead workshops with Compliance Risk, Finance and Regulatory Operations to capture regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support Consent Order remediation efforts and data governance initiatives.
• Map data and define transformation rules for data migrations between legacy and target systems.
• Define data reconciliation frameworks across systems and regulatory engines.
• Develop test strategies, perform UAT, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Support project management, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain governance and status reporting to executives and steering committees.

Job Title - Business Analyst - Capital Markets

Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation Analysis
• Lead workshops with Compliance Risk Finance and Regulatory Operations to capture endtoend business requirements for regulatory reporting eg FR Y9C Call Reports CCAR or local regulatory filings
• Consent Order Remediation Support
• Drive data governance and data quality remediation streams directly aligned with regulatory Consent Order deliverables ensuring strict compliance with mandated deadlines and milestones
• Data Mapping Gap Analysis
• Perform detailed sourcetotarget data mapping attributelevel definitions and rule transformation logic for data migration between heritage and target systems
• Define and execute data reconciliation frameworks across legacy systems staging platforms and downstream regulatory engines
• Write test strategies validate user acceptance criteria UAT analyze data discrepanciesroot causes during parallel runs and drive issue resolution

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications Experience
• Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Computer Science Information Systems or a related field Masters or relevant certifications preferred
• Experience 6 years of experience in Banking Financial Services working as a Business Analyst Project Manager or dual BAPM
• Regulatory Expertise Strong working knowledge of Capital markets banking regulatory reporting requirements and experience working on Consent Order Regulatory Remediation programs
