The Position :
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources and Office Services, the Business Analyst, Organizational Effectiveness leads the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance learning, development, and overall organizational performance. The role supports continuous improvement efforts and fosters a culture of growth, adaptability, and employee engagement across the Association.
