What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Capture and articulate software requirements by understanding clients’ needs and goals
- Create testing strategies and test cases, as well as user flows for new applications
- Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Project Management teams to ensure effective delivery of requirements
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to create reports and dashboards
- Identify project dependencies and coordinate delivery timelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to break down activities into manageable tasks
- Proficiency in writing and testing functional and non-functional software requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in a Business Analyst/Product Management role
- Ability to work with virtual teams across various time zones

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with latest AI technologies (Gen AI, NLP, ML, Data Mining)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, ADO, or Trello
