Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement discovery sessions across multiple functions
• Facilitate workshops to document pain points across the trade lifecycle
• Coordinate reviews of technology artifacts (e.g., enhancement logs, workflows, data mapping) with SMEs
• Track and escalate risks (e.g., access gaps, misaligned stakeholders, unclear ownership)
• Provide insights into business themes and strategic implications when defining future state recommendations

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Business Analyst experience
• Capital Markets expertise required
• Murex experience required
