Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in the following domains - Logistics Product & Operations. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data identifying trends and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making within the organization.

The Business Analyst will report to the Vice President Enterprise Applications & PMO.

What will you be responsible for in this role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements translating & documenting them into comprehensive business functional (& technical) specifications
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead assist or manage the implementations of configurations development quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) project planning execution and post-implementation reviews ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Seek to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement by analyzing financial data and performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain financial models forecasts and reports to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct research and impact analysis on the evaluation of proposed initiatives / solutions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the system managing configurations troubleshooting issues and providing training and support to end-users
  • Support internal clients on day-to-day and strategic initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry best practices emerging technologies and (regulatory) changes affecting the Logistics Product & Operations domains proactively sharing insights and recommendations with the team

What skills / qualifications are required for this role

  • Have led or participated in an ERP & Business Applications Digital Transformation
  • Experience in Logistics (WMS & TMS Expertise)

Inventory Management Receiving & Putaway Picking & Packing Shipping & Loading Warehouse Automation Integration etc

  • Experience in Operations (Order Management)

Order-to-Cash (OTC) Cycle Order Sourcing & Allocation (fulfillment) Customer Service & Support Returns Management Process Optimization Integration with

  • Experience in Product

  • Skilled in utilizing AI-powered tools and platforms for data analysis predictive modeling and automation to generate actionable insights and optimize

decision-making.

  • Experience in developing and communicating AI solution roadmaps to stakeholders articulating value propositions and managing expectations.
  • Support the development of standardized processes dashboard and reports to be used on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environment with multiple stakeholders
  • University degree
  • Minimum 5 years of active experience in Business System Analyst Role in challenging & dynamic environments
