What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Conduct requirements analysis, design activities, testing, and training as a Senior Business Systems Analyst
2. Facilitate and coordinate requirements gathering sessions to ensure comprehensive documentation
3. Elicit and document functional and non-functional business requirements for various projects
4. Analyze functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows
5. Create test cases, document traceability, define test data needs, and execute test cases

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Excellent written and spoken competence in English
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline
3. Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in Information Management / Information Technology (IM/IT)
4. At least 5 years of business analysis experience in projects using Agile methodology
5. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst within the last 7 years

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 1+ year experience in the last 5 years in social services or case and care management business analysis
2. 5+ years in the last 7 years coordinating, facilitating, and conducting requirements gathering sessions
3. 5+ years in the last 7 years eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional business requirements
4. Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association (e.g., IIBA, SAFe Agile)
5. Effective communication skills in French, both verbal and written (or verbal only)
