Description:

Hybrid setup (located or lives near Toronto) but willing to expand search to remote if needed.

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Business Analyst (IT) T3 to join our team in a partner-facing role, collaborating with SAP Software Partners, ISVs, and System Integrators. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ABAP and SAP BTP, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition extensibility best practices. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus to support partners in Latin America and North America.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering.
- Proficiency in ABAP (classic and Cloud) and SAP BTP.
- Familiarity with ABAP tools and the Add-on Assembly Kit (AAK toolkit).
- Understanding of Clean Core and ABAP Extensibility concepts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to solve technical problems and enhance operating efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research and innovate solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with SAP Software Partners, ISVs, and System Integrators to explain Clean Core extensibility and integration concepts.
- Support partners in analyzing ABAP add-ons and extensions, guiding them towards a roadmap for clean core implementation.
- Engage in integration certification activities to ensure seamless integration of extensions.
- Utilize technical expertise to solve complex problems and enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with partners at varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Research and innovate solutions to address challenging situations and problems effectively.
