Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain to join our Insurance Practice (Domain Consulting Group). Candidates should have experience working on projects related to lines of business such as Business Owner's, Commercial Property, Commercial Automobile, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Personal Automobile, Homeowners, Personal Umbrella, Wholesale Insurance, MGA/Broker Systems, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship available.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) on various technologies and platforms, preferably in Property and Casualty.
• Modeling business processes, data flows, and workflows related to Insurance data entities.
• Familiarity with P&C domain, including Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance, MGA/Brokers/Intermediary systems.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis Standards (e.g., IIBA best practices).
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in business requirement analysis, use case modeling, and product backlog management.
• Experience working in Agile environments, facilitating ceremonies like backlog refinement, and creating release notes with clear acceptance criteria.
• Ability to document current and future state processes collaboratively.
• Interest and experience in management consulting environments.
• Agile/Scrum experience in a SBA/TBA role or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint; knowledge of SharePoint, Rally, JIRA is a plus.
• Ability to work across multiple business domains and partner with diverse technology teams.
• Awareness of AI concepts.

The role involves extended computer work, communication via various channels, and potentially extensive travel based on client needs.

Estimated annual compensation for Ontario-based candidates: $89,004 to $115,491.
