Job description

The scope of the Business Analyst - Ecommerce role includes Salesforce marketing journeys and other Salesforce platforms or systems. The immediate focus is on Quick Win levers, with potential to expand to Medium and Long Term levers, which may involve process changes and new system implementations.

What you will be doing:

  • Elicit user stories and requirements from stakeholder groups.
  • Assist stakeholders in articulating acceptance criteria and the definition of done.
  • Break down requirements into tasks and develop a work plan for delivery.
  • Navigate ambiguity and establish consensus among multiple stakeholders and third-party groups.
  • Manage traceability of user stories and requirements, capturing changes, context, and agreements.
  • Ensure systems and processes meet the specified requirements.
  • Assist with coordination of UAT and testing as needed.

What you need to have:

  • Agile and Scrum experience.
  • Practical knowledge of Jira.
  • Understanding of SDLC and waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in IT projects.
