Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst for the Downstream Digital Transformation Division. This division supports digital capabilities within Downstream Admin Areas. The role involves detailing business requirements for digital solutions, participating in solution design, and synthesizing user and end-user needs to define features and customer journeys. The candidate will also support project management and identify synergies across digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and document business requirements for digital solutions.
  • Participate in ideation, design sprints, and user interviews to gather and synthesize information.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and existing solutions.
  • Assist in detailing features and user stories, ensuring they are well-prepared for design and development.
  • Translate end-user requirements into software features and document in industry-standard formats.
  • Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a recognized program. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Downstream, including at least 10 years developing digital solutions.
