Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Business Analyst/Data Analyst in Vancouver to help clients translate complex data into actionable business insights. You will blend management consulting with analytics, gather requirements, and define use cases with business and IT to drive value realization.

You will lead workshops, synthesize large data sets, and guide data engineers and developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction across projects in Canada.

Business Analyst / Data Analyst Skills

A Business Analyst (BA) at Capgemini will focus on the analysis, design and development of functional solutions for clients in a team environment. He/she will work alongside functional and industry specialists to assist with the creation of functional deliverables using established processes and procedures. He/she will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value-added services and work products and use individual functional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. Work will be performed under direct supervision to complete assigned tasks using already established procedures and best practices.

They might prepare reports in the form of visualizations such as graphs, charts, and dashboards.

The roles plays a critical role in leveraging data analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the stakeholders. Technical skills combined with consulting skills to support decision making, drive business growth, and deliver value through data driven insights.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $110,000 to $120,000Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
