JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking to hire a BA to focus on supporting a data related project related to Warehouse data and mapping from internal systems and building the a repository for all data elements across a virtual bank. This role requires a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and the ability to map data elements to tell a cohesive story. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, possess excellent communication and requirement writing skills, and be capable of managing stakeholders effectively. - Review the quality of data entry, loads, transformations, extractions, merges, or other production jobs. - Work with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Software Engineers to aid in the governance of data, including contributing to efforts to capture and manage the control inventory.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Sr. to Advance Excel skills - Familiarity with data mapping, querying techniques, and the use of reporting tools to extract meaningful insights from the Data Warehouse and create data stories - pervious experience creating data repositories - Knowledge of data privacy regulations, data stewardship, access control mechanisms, and encryption techniques to safeguard sensitive data.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience with SQL and pulling/writing queries - Python - Data visualization tools - Power BI, Tableau, etc.
