Job summary

Genpact in Toronto is seeking a Business Analyst – CCR Specialist to drive strategic risk and data initiatives. You will partner with business and technology teams to define requirements, analyze data, and support solution design and testing.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle activities, maintain traceability, and help deliver complex capabilities across risk reporting, regulatory programs, and capital markets initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience with Counterparty Credit Risk, derivatives, or risk reporting.
• Experience delivering risk, data, regulatory, or Capital Markets initiatives.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Data analysis and process mapping experience.
• Testing and implementation support experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excel, Python, JIRA, and Confluence proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation with sign-off.
• Develop BRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze data, source systems, and business processes to support design.
• Define reporting, data, and analytical capabilities with stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing activities including SIT and UAT.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on needs and solutions.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability across lifecycle.
• Support implementation planning and readiness.

we are seeking a Business Analyst – CCR Specialist to play a key role in the delivery of strategic risk and data initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, analyze data, support solution design, coordinate testing activities, and drive the delivery of complex business capabilities.

You will work across the full requirements lifecycle — from elicitation, analysis, and documentation through testing and implementation, helping translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Develop business requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze data, source systems, and business processes to support solution design and implementation.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define reporting, data, and analytical capabilities.
• Carry out testing activities, including test planning, SIT, UAT, defect management, and business validation.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on business needs, priorities, and solutions.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability across requirements, solution design, testing, and delivery activities.
• Support implementation planning, production readiness, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate project risks, assumptions, dependencies, and impacts.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven years of Business Analysis experience.
• Hand on experience of testing aggregation or calculations with respect to Counterparty Credit Risk, derivatives, collateral management, or risk reporting.
• Experience delivering technology, data, risk, regulatory, or Capital Markets initiatives.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data analysis and process mapping.
• Experience supporting testing and implementation activities.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Python, JIRA, and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience in Capital Markets, Risk Management, or Financial Services.
• Experience working on large transformation programs or Agile delivery teams.
