About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders and lead teams toward practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Manage requirement gathering and documentation, ensuring completeness and stakeholder alignment.
  • Apply knowledge of Risk Management and Risk Reporting to guide solution design and execution.
  • Demonstrate success in project delivery within Capital Markets, especially in large organizations.
  • Create compelling presentations for executive audiences using storytelling and data visualization.
  • Develop and maintain complex trade flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
  • Manage project deliverables end-to-end, tracking dependencies and issues.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items to ensure accountability.
  • Use JIRA and Confluence to support Agile processes and collaboration.
  • Partner with clients to define strategic roadmaps and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide expertise on market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by translating high-level visions into structured requirements.

What We Seek

  • Flexibility in working hours, including participation in early morning meetings at 7:00-7:30 AM EST.
  • At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience in Financial Services, focusing on Capital Markets and Risk.
  • Deep understanding of risk reporting and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing dependencies.
  • Ability to build Business Cases and perform gap analyses.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience creating EPICs and user stories aligned with product vision.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio for process visualization.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to pivot into related roles like Product Owner.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and high ownership mindset.
