Job description

Candidate Profile Details:

• Years of experience: 2-5 years
• Reason for request/why opened: backfill
• Interaction with Stakeholders: 60% internal – 40% external stakeholders
• Team Size: large team
• Project– confirmation of trades of precious metal
• Selling Point of the position: better opportunities as this are a good training ground for trading. Good exposure to various teams, and volatility of market
• How will performance be measured: SLA, quantity, feedback
• Best vs Average Candidate: prior exp in SWIFT and paper confirmation, willingness to jump in, collaborative

Summary Of Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate with the front, middle office and clients.
• Confirm incoming trades of precious metals and will communicate any discrepancies with the front office and middle office.
• Communicating in a timely manner to the leads on any discrepancies
• Should be able to pitch in during volumes and be a team player

Must Have:

• 2 years of Advanced Excel skills
• 2 years of python experience
• Prior outlook exp is a must
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis
• Demonstrated stakeholder/relationship management skills
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills

Nice To Have:

• 2-5 years related business analysis experience required.
• Banking/FI industry experience
