Job Description :

For the Broadridge ETL Business Analysts :

• Must have strong ETL & Data Testing experience to understand the application's underlying data flow / processing with Wealth management or Trade Application knowledge and experience.
• Requires strong knowledge of Broadridge / Trade Platform EBCDIC file structures (or ISM as they are similar).
• Ability to write high-level requirements containing principles and rationale for sanitizing Broadridge / Trade Platform files.
• Ability to write detailed technical extract specifications, including headers, trailers, and non-functional requirements (e.g., info sec).
• Ability to write reconciliation requirements to ensure files received match files generated, considering file-specific metrics.
• Strong experience with Broadridge or ISM-type financial files and working with EBCDC.
• Ability to write technical specifications for new files to be generated.

Detailed JD :

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills to lead meetings and engage stakeholders of various seniority levels.
• Ability to lead brainstorming sessions and pre-research topics to prepare requirements.
• Proficiency in creating PowerPoint decks to surface high-level requirements, solutions, and decision-making pros and cons.
• Self-driven with the ability to plan and drive requirements work with minimal oversight.
• Ability to analyze, document, and assess current and future state processes and technical solutions.
• Ability to explain rationale for selecting one solution over another.
• Skill in writing comprehensive high-level business requirements, including current and future states, based on research and stakeholder input.
• Ability to craft detailed functional and non-functional requirements, down to data attributes for extracts or API integrations, with analysis and stakeholder input.

Education :

• BA in Economics, Finance, or related financial field (MA preferred).
• Industry certifications such as CIM, CSC, CFA, etc.
• Technical background or training is helpful but secondary to financial expertise.

Experience :

• Experience in Wealth Front office or operations.
• Experience as a Business Analyst writing requirements.
• Consulting experience from firms like EY, Capco, Deloitte focusing on Wealth Management.
