On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Banking and Credit Projects for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Business Analyst - Banking and Credit Projects - Job Description :

The project involves the migration of Domestic & International Global Wealth Management, Customer Accounts / Credits from CARDS to Credit 360. The Business Analyst will support this migration by working with stakeholders, developing test plans, and analyzing, testing, and validating data pre- and post-migration.

Business Analyst - Banking and Credit Projects - Responsibilities :

• Define, assess, and document Business Requirements for new applications and legacy systems enhancements.
• Analyze and identify gaps in current Systems and Reporting capabilities.
• Create Business Acceptance Testing strategies, scope, and Test Plans.
• Support the business by reviewing technical documents and participating in business acceptance testing and implementation.

Business Analyst - Banking and Credit Projects - Mandatory Skills :

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on business procedures and technical design specifications.
• 4+ years of experience with Data migration projects.
• 5+ years of experience working on Banking and Credit-related projects.
• Proficient in Query Language, i.e., SQL.
• Experience with Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
• Strong experience working in a project environment.

Business Analyst - Banking and Credit Projects – Nice-to-Have Skills :

• Experience with bank’s operational practices and systems infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience in data modeling and customized repository approach.
• Strong understanding of technical design and systems infrastructure.
• Excellent presentation and leadership skills.
