What you will be doing:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
System Analysis: Analyse and interpret business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement within the ERP Applications environment.
Testing and Validation: Develop test cases, perform system testing, and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly.
Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for ERP-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and work with technical teams to resolve them.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on system changes, processes, and enhancements for stakeholders.
What you must have:
Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst, working with senior stakeholders and helping bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Consulting company background is a nice to have but not required.
ERP/Systems Expertise: Experience in industrial ERP systems or similar enterprise software systems (open to anything in the industrial, manufacturing sectors preferably, energy is possible as well).
Technical Writing: Experienced in writing operating procedures, manuals, and some training documents.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex ideas into actionable plans.
Team Collaboration: Skilled in fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
