What You'll NeedMandatory Requirements- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science
- Valid Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
Experience- 10 years’ experience in a Business Analysis role implementing or upgrading ICT systems designed to support process improvement and infrastructure in the Public sector
- 5 years’ experience in business process mapping activities aimed at reducing overall cost and inefficiencies to the organization. The examples should include how metrics were identified and developed for measuring process performance
- 3 years’ experience mapping and migrating data that contains sensitive patient or client information. Experience should include database mapping activities for data migration, and the establishment of data dictionaries for end user reporting
- 1 year of experience demonstrating proficiency using the Smartsheet software in a project environment. Experience should include building organizational processes using Smartsheet tools, forms, sheets, dashboards, and workflow automation
- 7 years’ experience developing training material and delivering end user training following the implementation of an information system
- 5 years’ experience performing quality assurance and testing in information systems’ projects. Experience should include planning testing activities, developing test scripts, and executing test scripts
- 2 years of experience working on projects relating to the implementation of a patient safety and critical incident reporting solution in a healthcare setting
