What You'll NeedMandatory Requirements- Valid Certified Business Analysis Professions (CBAP) certification
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, computer engineering, or business administration
- Experience supporting analysis for Provincial Electronic Patent Record implementations, providing analysis in diagnostic, cardiology, neurology, orders, pharmacy
Experience- 10 years’ experience in a business analysis role documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment
- 5 years’ experience performing analysis activities in healthcare environments. Activities should include facilitating requirements sessions and workshops with clinical stakeholders
- 5 years’ experience using journey mapping techniques to evaluate each step along a customer or patient’s experience accessing a service and determining areas of low satisfaction or improvement
- 4 years’ experience performing analysis on service provisioning in a healthcare environment. Examples should include analysis of data and workflow to make recommendations for improvement
- 4 years’ experience performing business process modelling, analysis, and improvement in a healthcare environment
- 3 years’ experience leading teams of business analysis resources including determining deliverables and planning work
- 2 years’ health experience supporting analysis for Provincial Electronic Patent Record implementations, providing analysis in diagnostic, cardiology, neurology, orders, pharmacy
