Position Overview :
The Business Analyst is instrumental to the successful planning, coordination, and execution of product flowing through our supply chain network to ensure timely delivery while also hitting cost and efficiency targets. The Business Analyst will review and understand capacity / supply chain operational data, and work with cross functional partners to resolve bottlenecks including, but not limited to, executing strategies to manage risk to distribution center holding capacity. As a subject matter expert in supply chain principles, the Business Analyst will participate in and / or lead continuous improvement initiatives. The Business Analyst will also be expected to deliver complex analytics to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure on-time and efficient product flow
- Develop plans and strategies to ensure risk capacity is minimized to ensure on-time product delivery to the distribution centers
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute plans / projects, help resolve any problems that occur
- Analyze data and provide critical updates / information to stakeholders to provide visibility and facilitate decision-making
- Provide ad hoc supply chain support to the business as required
Forecasting and Continuous Improvement
