This role requires a strong Senior Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage through ambiguity and complexity. We are looking for an analyst who shows initiative, has a sense of curiosity, and takes ownership and accountability for their deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Identify, gather, and prioritize business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders

Identify and evaluate business processes, workflows, and roadmaps

Create and maintain data-driven reports to support business decision-making

Lead cross-functional collaboration and communications with business stakeholders

Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities

Skills and Requirements

5+ of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

Excellent with tools like Visio, Jira, Confluence

Knowledge of SQL for analysis and reporting (Oracle /SQL server)

Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Working experience in dealing with big data and large-scale enterprise systems.

Solid hands-on functional testing experience including Test Case Development with over 5 years of experience

Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines

Working experience in dealing with large-scale enterprise systems Retail experience is a plus. (fashion retail experience would be ideal)

Working experience with cloud platforms namely AWS null
