Job description

Full-time & Co-op/Intern Vancouver, BC · hybrid or remote flexibility

We're hiring full-time business analysts and co-op/interns to work across operations, sales and marketing.

CaterDash is a restaurant catering marketplace that helps companies and events get great food from top restaurants. Our platform streamlines the whole catering workflow, which makes ordering faster, cheaper and more reliable than the traditional way of doing it. Between our cuisine partners, real-time logistics and the automation tools we build for restaurants, we're changing how catering gets done.

We care about our relationships with our team, our customers and our restaurant partners. It's a collaborative, people-first place to work, where you can grow your skills, build technology that matters and make a real dent in a fast-scaling startup.

About the role

This is a dynamic role that combines operations, sales and marketing. You'll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, and you'll also play a key part in customer acquisition, vendor engagement and campaign execution.

It's ideal if you want broad exposure and the chance to help shape a growing startup.

  • Support sales work including lead generation, outreach, proposals and closing opportunities.
  • Create content for customer communications: email, social media and promotional material.
  • Track campaign and sales performance data, and find the growth in it.
  • Work with vendors on joint marketing that lifts visibility and sales for both sides.
Analysis & Reporting
  • Prepare and present reports on KPIs across sales, customer satisfaction, vendor engagement and operations.
  • Bring management data-driven recommendations on marketing effectiveness and sales conversion.

  • Experience with social media platforms, CRM tools or digital marketing is a plus.
  • The ability to juggle several things at once in a fast-paced environment.
Why CaterDash?
