  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and impact analysis across systems and business processes.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and SMEs to support solution design, test planning, UAT, and implementation.
  • Support change management, readiness planning, and post‑implementation validation activities.
  • Partner with SMEs to define requirements that enhance process efficiency, control, usability, and data accuracy.

  • You balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, producing high‑quality deliverables such as process maps, requirements, user stories, and workflow documentation.
  • You demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and ownership—anticipating risks, surfacing dependencies, and proactively driving issues to resolution.
  • You contribute to efficient, low‑rework delivery by defining accurate requirements, supporting testing and validation activities, and partnering closely through implementation.
  • You help ensure solutions meaningfully improve advisor and client experiences.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience in wealth management
  • Experience supporting front-, middle-, and back‑office wealth functions.
  • Experience in onboarding, account servicing, portfolio management, investment products, regulatory workflows, financial reporting, or trading.
